2014 Ford Atlas concept revealed to the public!

Legacy Ford Rimbey is excited for the potential release of the 2014 Ford Atlas and the new technology and features that Ford continues to bring to the truck industry.

Ford revealed their new Atlas full-size pickup concept at the Detroit Auto Show. The Atlas has been described as an exploration of potential technologies, capacity advancement and fuel-efficiency improvement. This design is a hopeful addition to the F-series pickups which have been the best-selling pickups in America for the past 36 years.

Some of the features of the 2014 Atlas include hidden cargo ramps that slide out from under the bed floor and a tailgate step that doubles as a cargo cradle and the next generation Ecoboost 3.5L V-6 with a start-stop system that is “truck enhanced”. The look of the Atlas shows the unmistakable Built Ford Tough look with large wheel arches and a large grille design, the largest ever seen on an F-150.

Ford is set to keep its lead in sales this year and we believe the Atlas features will take them there!
